Presentation: After the dinner, there will be an optional education program: "Real Estate for LGBTs 101" Experienced speakers will talk about topics such as

-- How to qualify for a mortgage? Can 2 partners fill out an loan application?

-- How would you hold the property title if you are single or if you have a partner?

-- What are the current real estate trends?

-- What do they mean by "hybird mortgages"? Closing cost? Creative financing? etc.

(Please Note: This is a consumer-education event. No business cards will be handed out and nothing will be sold or recommended. However, there will be a question-and- answer session for those with specific questions. All are welcome to participate.)
